Things have changed, however, because today's youth are always on the phone or engrossed in social media and Netflix. However, many of us, particularly those born in the 1990s, spent our entire childhood watching cartoons on television. Without cartoons, our childhood would be incomplete because they were the only reason we turned on our televisions.
