Kanatal is an alluring and picturesque small village in Tehri Garhwal District of Uttarakhand in wooden hills located on the Chamba-Mussoorie highway. The Ganga Dussehra festival is celebrated with sheer zeal and excitement at this holy temple every May and June.Kodia Forest is a lovely picnic location and a well-liked trekking area in Kanatal. A six-kilometer level stroll will reveal thick woodlands that lead to a large area of rolling hills and valleys. There are little, bubbling natural springs nearby.
