1) Members are allowed to make threads to request edits, but read these rules first and grab the requesting code from This Thread.
2) Pic editers:You do not have to do any request, the point of members making these threads is so all editerrs get there chance to try request.
3) Staff, after each request is filled please lock that thread.
4) After someone has done your request, a "thanks" would be nice, you don't have to say thanks, but it would be nice
